American Cancer Society

The Oklahoma City branch of the ACS offers a Resource Room for patients and caregivers at 6525 N. Meridian, Suite 110, with information, wigs and prostheses.

Various speakers, topics and workshops are offered on the fourth Thursday each month at the INTEGRIS Cancer Institute at INTEGRIS Southwest, 4301 S. Western, Cancer Center Conference Room.

Blood Cancer Family Support Group

This support group is open to individuals with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia and other blood related cancers and their families and/or caregivers. It meets on the second Tuesday each month at Mercy Hospital.

Brain Tumor Foundation Support Group

This group is open to brain cancer patients and their families and/or caregivers and meets on the second Thursday each month at 6 p.m., 4024 N. Lincoln Blvd., Suite 220.

Cancer Support Group (Spanish-Speaking)

Primer Martes, mensual mente This Spanish-speaking support group for all cancer patients and their caregivers is offered on the first Tuesday each month at 6 p.m., 4200 S. Douglas, Suite 114.

Laryngectomee Support Group

For laryngectomee and esophageal cancer patients and their caregivers, this group meets on the second Sunday each month at Bellevue Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Activity Center, 6430 N. Portland.


A free twelve-week strength and fitness program for adult cancer survivors. This program helps cancer survivors increase physical activity and quality of life.

A program for active-treatment cancer patients to learn tips and tricks for caring for skin, coping with skin changes and hair loss, and makeup techniques from a cosmetologist. Times vary and reservations are required. Spanish interpreter available upon request.

Project 31 Breast Cancer Support Group

This group helps connect survivors with other women who have lived and are living with breast cancer and meets at various locations each Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm.
