INTEGRIS Bill Pay makes it easier to manage your healthcare bills online

INTEGRIS is simplifying and improving our billing experience. 

The current healthcare financial experience can be challenging to understand and confusing for many. In recent years, our patients have become responsible for higher out-of-pocket expenses, and they need help paying bills over time. To address these consumer concerns, we are partnering with a company called VisitPay to introduce a new digital payment solution that offers clarity and flexibility. 

Three ways Bill Pay makes your billing process easier

  1. Simplicity:
    Manage your family's hospital and physician bills in one place
    Text and email alerts about balances, due dates and billing updates
  2. Convenience: 
    Track all visit payments on one monthly statement
    Consolidate bills for your family members under one account
  3. Flexibility:  
    Make a one-time payment, a partial payment or arrange payment plans to pay balances over time, if applicable
    Multiple payment options including the use of HSA 

Registration is quick and easy

It's easy to set up your account to take advantage of these new services. To get started, you will need your guarantor number, located at the top right of your most recent statement.
