Even when you can’t visit your provider’s office, you can still get care through our many Telehealth options. 

Telehealth INTEGRIS 

Scheduling is easy.

Telehealth appointments are a safe and secure option for managing chronic conditions, receiving care for non-emergency injury or illness and maintaining well visits for children or adults. Call your INTEGRIS provider for details. Regardless of what’s going on with your health, we are here for you.

If you’re new to INTEGRIS, call central scheduling  to identify an appropriate provider.

INTEGRIS Video Visit

A Video Visit is a face-to-face encounter with your medical provider through your smart phone, tablet or PC. The clinic will direct you on how to pre-register through the patient portal, INTEGRIS and Me and how to activate your video visit.

Established patients, login to your INTEGRIS and Me account, hover over Visits and then click Schedule an Appointment. Choose your INTEGRIS provider and schedule your Video Visit.

There is no upfront copay or fee required to start a Video Visit; however, once your insurance has processed the claim for your visit, you may owe a balance.

You will need a computer with a working camera, microphone and speakers.

  • Log in to INTEGRIS and Me at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • Click on Visits > Appointments and Visits.
  • Click on Pre-registration and verify or enter your information. If this is a new account, provide required information.
  • Click on Billing Options and enter payment information if required.
  • Review or enter your medical history.
  • When the Pre-registration is complete, follow the instructions provided to you by clinic staff on how to access your Video Visit

You can schedule a Video Visit once you have made contact with an INTEGRIS provider. Let the staff know you are a new patient and they will give you all the information needed on how to create an account on our patient portal, INTEGRIS and Me, to register for a Video Visit and how to start your visit.

INTEGRIS Telephone Visit

A Telephone Visit is a phone call between a provider and a patient. Your provider will call you at the appointment time, and you’ll discuss your concerns, answer questions, and work out a treatment plan with your provider.

A telephone visit is scheduled by calling the provider’s clinic during regular hours.

There is no upfront copay or fee required to start a Telephone Visit; however, once your insurance has processed the claim for your visit, you may owe a balance.

You can use the Telephone Visit once you have made contact with an INTEGRIS provider and scheduled an appointment. Let the staff know you are a new patient and they will give you all the information needed.

INTEGRIS Virtual Visit

INTEGRIS Virtual Visit allows you to see a board-certified doctor or nurse practitioner for only $45, from wherever you have internet access. You’ll receive a diagnosis and any prescriptions you need.

INTEGRIS Virtual Visit is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Scheduling a Virtual Visit is easy. Simply visit integrisvirtualvisit.com and click the Get Started button.

You can also download apps for your smart device from both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

You don’t need an INTEGRIS and Me account to request a Virtual Visit.

More Information about INTEGRIS and Me

To create an account and access INTEGRIS and Me features like online scheduling, you’ll need your 15-character activation code. You can find your activation code one of four ways:

  • Look for it on your visit summary after a doctor visit
  • Look for it on your billing statement
  • Contact your physician’s office
  • Call 1 (844) 843-1500

Once you have your 15-character activation code, visit INTEGRIS and Me to create your account.

Create Account

Your INTEGRIS and Me username is linked to the email address you used when first creating an account. You can recover your username by visiting this link.

Your INTEGRIS and Me password may have expired. To reset your password, visit this link.

If you do not remember any of this information, you will have to contact the INTEGRIS and Me help desk at 844-843-1500 to regain access to your account.
