You can quickly and easily schedule with an INTEGRIS physician using our online tools. There are different ways to schedule so let us help you get to a doctor quicker and easier.

For new patients

If you are not an established patient with an INTEGRIS doctor, you can use our online scheduling tools to find the right doctor for you and your family and book at appointment right away.

New patients can schedule an appointment online with a doctor specializing in:

  • Primary Care/Family Medicine
  • Pediatrics
  • Internal Medicine

How far ahead can I schedule online?
You can schedule an appointment up to two weeks in advance.

Will I receive a confirmation email after booking my appointment online?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from support@integrisandme.com. Please add this email to your address book to avoid missing important information about your appointment.

What do I do if I have to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Your confirmation email from support@integrisandme.com will contain the address and telephone number of the location for your upcoming appointment. You should call the number in the confirmation email to speak with our staff.

For established patients

As a patient who has an established relationship with an INTEGRIS Physician (visited in the past 12 months), you can access online scheduling by visiting INTEGRIS and Me – your online portal for managing your health care at INTEGRIS.

Log In At INTEGRIS & Me

Your INTEGRIS and Me username is linked to the email address you used when first creating an account. You can recover your username by visiting this link.

Your INTEGRIS and Me password may have expired. To reset your password, visit this link.

If you do not remember any of this information, you will have to contact the INTEGRIS and Me help desk at 844-843-1500 to regain access to your account.

Login to INTEGRIS & Me

To create an account and access INTEGRIS and Me features like online scheduling, you’ll need your 15-character activation code. You can find your activation code one of four ways:

  • Look for it on your visit summary after a doctor visit
  • Look for it on your billing statement
  • Contact your physician’s office
  • Call 1 (844) 843-1500

Once you have your 15-character activation code, visit INTEGRIS and Me to create your account.
