OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 11, 2016) – The INTEGRIS Hispanic Initiative and Variety Health Center have joined forces to educate the community on prevention of childhood obesity. Join INTEGRIS community dietitian Pam Patty, for this fun egg-tra-extraordinary cooking class.

As summer draws to a close and a new school year starts back up again, finding ways to use the last of the season’s produce is a smart way to eat healthy. Learn how to use lots of fresh summer veggies and herbs along with whole eggs and cheese to make a delicious frittata that is sure to get an A+ for taste and nutrition. Join us for a cooking class that will get students back to the basics of making fun food from scratch.

The class will be held in both English and Spanish from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, at the Variety Health Center, Lafayette Clinic, 500 SW 44th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73109.
