Gala honors INTEGRIS Philanthropists of the Year Pat and Jim Wallis

INTEGRIS Gala Raises $882,000 for INTEGRIS Emergency Services

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 12, 2018) – The emergency room is the place our community turns to at life’s most challenging moments. A place where patients and their families grasp for hope and healing. A place where every second matters.

Visited by nearly 235,000 Oklahomans each year, the INTEGRIS network provides more emergency care to more families than any other health system in our state.
The 20th Annual INTEGRIS Gala was held Friday, April 6 at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum raising more than $882,000 to benefit INTEGRIS Emergency Services.

The money will be used to enhance the emergency experience for our patients- to save lives, and seconds. Gala proceeds will advance technology, spur renovations and innovate programming to speed delivery of emergency care.

Also at the event, Pat and Jim Wallis were named the 2018 INTEGRIS Philanthropists of the Year. This award is bestowed upon passionate advocates whose service offers charitable goodwill to the community with vision and leadership. The Philanthropist of the Year award celebrates transformational and visionary philanthropy within the INTEGRIS system.

Co-chairs of this year’s event were Ryan Fish, M.D., and Martin McBee, D.O., medical directors of the emergency departments at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center.
