OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 11, 2018) – Changing Your Weighs is a down-to-earth weight loss program that focuses on lifestyle changes that foster better health. The program places great emphasis on the importance of healthy food choices while increasing physical activity.

The course was developed and is taught by registered dietitians and exercise specialists at INTEGRIS. Participants are asked to keep food and activity journals as part of their learning experience.

This eight-week class meets once a week for one hour, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., on Thursdays, Jan. 3, through Feb. 28, at the INTEGRIS Community Wellness, 5100 N Brookline, Suite 100, OK 73112.
