INTEGRIS Health Frontline Caregivers Honored by Oklahoma Air Force and Air National Guard Flyover Salutes

Members of the 97th Air Mobility Wing at Altus Air Force Base and the 71st Flying Training Wing at Vance Air Force Base flew over INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center in Enid on Friday, morning, May 1.The highflying salute was held in honor of health care workers, first responders and other essential personnel working on the front lines to fight COVID-19.

Flyover to honor caregivers at INTEGRIS

INTEGRIS caregivers looked skyward in appreciation as formations of four C-17 Globemaster IIIs, two KC-135 Stratotankers, and two KC-46 Pegasus aircraft from the 97th AMW and four T-38 Talons, two T-1 Jayhawks, and four T-6 Texan IIs from the 71st FTW flew over INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in the metro and T-38s, T-1s and T-6s flew over INTEGRIS Bass Baptist in Enid.

The Oklahoma Air National Guard added additional flyovers on Friday afternoon as four F-16 fighter jets with the 138th Fighter Wing took to the skies of northeastern Oklahoma providing members of the INTEGRIS Grove Hospital and INTEGRIS Miami Hospital communities a chance to view the flyovers as well.
