As the CTO, he will help expand and develop virtual capabilities and digital front door strategies and be responsible to grow INTEGRIS Health’s population health capabilities. Sharp will be a member of the health care system’s Executive Leadership Team. 

Sharp comes to INTEGRIS Health from UnityPoint Health where he served as the Vice President for Accountable Care. In this role, he developed and led UnityPoint Accountable Care, one of the nation’s largest and most successful ACOs, with more than 8,000 physicians, 40 hospitals, and more than $1 billion of medical spend under risk. Sharp has expertise in health care strategy and transformation, population health, physician leadership and growth, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public policy. 

Sharp earned his Master’s in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Iowa State University. His first day at INTEGRIS Health will be Nov. 30.
