INTEGRIS Health is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, a national network of like-minded organizations that share a commitment to better serve patients and their families.

The collaboration allows INTEGRIS Health physicians to work directly with Mayo Clinic physicians on complex diagnosis and treatment plans to ensure Oklahoma patients have access to the latest medical knowledge available.

This combined expertise, from two trusted organizations, allows more patients to receive the care they need close to home, without additional cost or unnecessary travel.

As part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, INTEGRIS Health medical staff now have access to the latest Mayo Clinic knowledge and expertise through a variety of electronic tools and services:

  • AskMayoExpert: An online reference tool designed by Mayo Clinic physicians for use at the point of care. This clear, concise resource offers disease management, care guidelines, treatment recommendations, and reference materials for a wide variety of medical conditions. Any INTEGRIS Health Medical Staff member, nurse, or clinician will be able to access AskMayoExpert.
  • eConsults: This electronic consulting service is available to specialists within the INTEGRIS Health system to connect them directly with a Mayo Clinic specialist when they have a question related to a complex case or feel additional input will benefit the patient.
  • eTumor Board Conferences: This service provides access to weekly Mayo Clinic eTumor boards that promote educational discussion and informal advice regarding the management of complex cancer cases. Cancer care providers from INTEGRIS Health can present cases to and participate in discussions with the Mayo Clinic multidisciplinary panel and other members of the network.
  • Inpatient Telephone Consults
    An Inpatient Telephone Consult with a Mayo Clinic specialist is an informal telephone conversation, provider to provider, regarding the treatment of a hospitalized patient that requires semi-urgent to urgent intervention.
  • Patient Education Material: Mayo Clinic’s library of more than 2,500 pieces of Mayo-developed content is available to you and your patients in English and some Spanish. All materials are written at a 6-8th grade reading level, and are available in Word and PDF (co-branded) formats.
  • Mayo Clinic Grand Rounds: These presentations for medical professionals cover advances and innovations in patient care, research and education. Mayo Clinic grand rounds are archived for viewing and include the areas of cardiology, neurology, internal medicine and gastroenterology. Most sessions provide .75 or 1.0 AMA PRA category 1 credit. CME credits are available for members of the INTEGRIS Health medical staff.
