Mind, Body and Spirit

All of us have a great capacity to understand ourselves, to improve our own health and well-being, and to help one another.

Everything is connected.

Three Elements

Good health involves much more than what traditional medicine addresses. It’s vital that we consider every part of a whole person – mind, body and spirit. That is the mission of The INTEGRIS James L. Hall Jr. Center for Mind, Body and Spirit. This non-profit, educational organization is committed to improving health by increasing awareness of the healing power of the connection between these three elements. Research demonstrates that our health can be affected positively by our thought processes, behavior and spiritual awareness.

Vital Links

The INTEGRIS James L. Hall Jr. Center for Mind, Body and Spirit is working to create a more compassionate, open-minded and effective model of health care and health education. This model addresses not just the physical dimensions of health and illness, but their vital link to the mental, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions as well. It is grounded in a conviction that all of us have a great and largely untapped capacity to understand ourselves, to improve our own health and well-being, and to help one another.
